ART TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL TERMS
- I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason without the need to specify it.
- By commissioning me it is automatically assumed that you read the terms below and agree with them. You will not request a (full) refund after the later specified stages nor file for a dispute.COMMISSION CONTENT
WHAT I WILL DRAW: humans/humanoids, Sonic, Splatoon, furries, mild gore, suggestive content, tie-in for a piece of writing (whether it be my own or another author's - in the latter case only if I am comfortable with its contents and if you have permission from said author if it's not your work)
WHAT I WON'T DRAW: heavy NSFW of any kind, realism, celebrities, hate speech and other problematic content (including characters from/ocs based on problematic media)
UP FOR DISCUSSION: style mimicking, detailed designs (may include additional costs), mechas, ferals (minimal experience), other species/creatures, moderate sexual content (commissioner and characters 18+), certain kinks/fetishesPROCESS
1. You may contact me through DMs on socials - or through: [email protected] - and we'll discuss your request. If you have a clear request in mind, a reference would be appreciated.
2. Payment will be upfront before I start through PayPal or Ko-fi (this option comes with a 5% fee). You may request to pay in two separate instances (excludes commissions priced below €40) with reasoning. The request will not necessarily be accepted. If it is, you'll pay before I start, and after you have accepted the rough sketch's look.
3. I'll send you consistent updates for every process stage through your preferred method (if I'm able to use it) and inquire about how satisfactory the progress is, and if minor changes are to be made. During the rough sketch you're allowed THREE free revisions, further revisions will add to the costs. Large revisions during any later stage will always cost extra.
4. You'll receive the finished product in your preferred file types.
- I aim to complete commissions within 1-2 months' time after receiving payment. If I need a longer time to complete the commission I'll try to notify you timely, along with the progress updates. If necessary, stricter deadlines can be discussed prior to payment.
- Tips are highly appreciated.REFUNDS
- You're allowed to request a refund before I start the commission, or after you receive the FIRST rough sketch.
- A full refund will be issued if I'm unable to complete the commission whatever the reason.
- NO REFUNDS FOR DESIGN COMMISSIONSOWNERSHIP
- Unless otherwise is requested, the finished product is for your personal use (or whoever you forward it to). This includes things such as: social media layouts, device backgrounds, non-profit edits, printing for personal use/enjoyment, etc.
- If you wish to have commercial rights please inform me beforehand. This will up the price with varying rates depending on the unique situation. They may be requested after the commission's completion as well.
- When posting the art publicly you'll credit me in an obvious location, even if you have commercial rights.
- Regardless of whether you have commercial rights or not I still own the rights to the art itself and may use it for portfolios and the like. You may request me to blacklist the work from this usage depending on reasoning, but I continue to hold the rights.
- Unless stated otherwise I'm free to post the art online. Naturally, I will tell you if I decide to do so. And while I WILL mark the image as a commission if I do, I cannot promise others won't save or use it without permission, especially if the art contains official characters from media. If I do post it, you may request a takedown at any time after the fact if you reconsider.
- You cannot sell/mint the commission as an N/F/T under ANY circumstance.DESIGN SPECIFICS
- You may sell the received design for no more than the price you bought it for and must inform me of it. This goes for future sales as well.
- You may use the designs for custom merch designed by you/someone else. You may only use the art I deliver if you request for commercial rights.

WHAT I WILL WRITE: any genre including nsfw of almost all kinds, dead dove, dubcon (For all the latter the commissioner must be 18+. Depending on the content I may also only accept the commission if the characters are a certain age.), y/n / x reader, oc works, tie-in for a piece of art (whether it be my own or another artist's - in the latter case only if I am comfortable with its contents and if you have permission from said artist if it's not your work)
WHAT I WON'T WRITE: RPF, p/r/o/s/h/i/p (underage, incest, etc), any other problematic content
UP FOR DISCUSSION: noncon, certain kinks/fetishesPROCESS

3. I'll share the Google Doc once I'm done with the introduction. You may suggest large changes at the start and minor changes afterward at no extra cost. Large changes afterward will cost extra.
4. I may request feedback whenever and expect you to give me such. For commissions longer than 2.5k words I'll always request it after each stage (start/middle/climax/conclusion). It is up to you whether you will give it or not in this scenario.
- Completion time is currently held at ONE MONTH from the moment the payment is received.
- Tips are highly appreciated.REFUNDS
- You're allowed to request a refund before I start the commission, or after you first receive and read the document.
- A full refund will be issued if I'm unable to complete the commission whatever the reason.OWNERSHIP
- All writing commissions are solely for personal enjoyment/non-profit sharing. You cannot get commercial rights under any circumstance.
- I hold the creative rights to the work and am allowed to use it as an example for future commissions. You may request me to blacklist the work from this usage depending on reasoning, but I continue to hold the rights.
- Unless otherwise requested I will not post the finished work on any (semi-)public platform. However, I will not accept any posting request. If I do, you may request a takedown at any time after the fact if you reconsider.
